About the role
Act as a Risk Management Officer for the Thailand branch, supporting enterprise, business continuity, credit, product, and regulatory risk management. Work closely with local teams and China HQ to monitor and mitigate risks, maintain risk controls and documentation, and ensure compliance with internal policies and regulatory requirements.

Responsibilities
Enterprise risk management and business continuity
- Facilitate the ERM and BCM programs: collect KRI data, coordinate the annual RCSA/BIA exercise and BCP/DR tests with departments and IT, and consolidate results for the Head of Risk
Credit and product risk
- Process and document credit limit requests for cash, margin and futures accounts in line with SEC/ASCO guidelines and internal credit policy
- Support the maintenance of trading-restriction rules for complex products (e.g., leveraged & inverse ETFs, virtual-asset ETFs) and coordinate configuration with HQ colleagues
- Monitor counterparty and upstream broker exposures and prepare periodic exposure summaries
Regulatory
- Regulatory
- Support regulatory filings and SEC/SET inspection readiness, including maintaining SOPs, work manuals and the business process blueprint
- Track regulatory changes from the SEC, SET, TCH/TSD and AMLO and summarise their impact on the company
General
- Work with departments to keep risk documentation current and audit-ready
- Prepare presentations, infographics and memos that explain risk topics clearly to non-risk colleagues
- Support ad-hoc projects assigned by the Head of Risk Management
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics or Accounting
- Good command of English, both written and spoken (daily communication with HK and China colleagues)
- Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Excel and PowerPoint
- Organised and detail-oriented, with the ability to manage several workstreams and deadlines at once
- Positive attitude toward working under pressure and in a fast-moving, multinational environment
- 1–3 years of experience in risk, compliance, operations, audit or finance is preferred; fresh graduates with strong internships will also be considered
- A plus
- Knowledge of or experience in the Thai securities industry (SEC/SET regulations, brokerage operations)
- Genuine interest in investing and financial markets
- Comfortable using AI tools (e.g., ChatGPT, Claude, Copilot) to speed up research, drafting and analysis
- Basic data skills (Power BI, Python, SQL) or experience building dashboards
