We are looking for an experienced automotive business leader to oversee the overall performance and development of the business in the Polish market. The role combines commercial strategy, sales, forecasting, profitability, pricing, marketing and network development, with full responsibility for delivering business and financial objectives. You will lead senior cross-functional teams and build strong relationships with key business partners, retailers, fleet customers and manufacturer representatives.

You will

  • Lead the business planning and forecasting processes, ensuring alignment with commercial strategy and business objectives.
  • Take overall responsibility for the profitability and performance of the business in the market.
  • Drive key commercial KPIs, including market share, sales and production volumes, model mix, stock aging and customer satisfaction.
  • Supervise pricing and product management activities.
  • Ensure business unit spending remains aligned with the approved business plan.
  • Coordinate Sales, Marketing, Product, Sales Planning, Distribution, Inventory and Network Development activities.
  • Lead and develop senior teams, including setting objectives, monitoring performance, coaching and supporting organizational development.
  • Monitor market and competitive activities and translate insights into commercial actions.
  • Oversee vehicle ordering, production allocation and the logistics process from factory to retailers and showrooms.
  • Drive the development of the retail network, including identifying new partners and strengthening existing relationships.
  • Oversee marketing activities, advertising campaigns and sales campaigns, including planning and budget allocation.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including fleet customers, retailers, leasing and rental companies, fleet management companies, advertising agencies, journalists and manufacturer representatives.
  • Ensure the business achieves its financial and sales targets while continuously improving commercial performance and operational efficiency.

Requirements

  • 8+ years of experience in automotive, commercial, sales or general management, ideally within an automotive importer, OEM or distribution environment.
  • Proven experience managing a business unit, commercial function or P&L responsibility.
  • Strong understanding of automotive sales, distribution, pricing, forecasting and network management.
  • Demonstrated experience developing and executing business plans and delivering financial and commercial targets.
  • Strong leadership experience, ideally managing senior managers and cross-functional teams.
  • Excellent stakeholder management and negotiation skills, with the ability to work effectively with manufacturers, retailers and strategic business partners.
  • Strong analytical and financial acumen, with the ability to use business data to drive decisions.
  • Strategic thinking combined with a hands-on and results-oriented approach.
  • Excellent communication skills and fluency in English.
  • Ability to operate effectively in a dynamic, international and commercially driven environment.
