Below is the job description for open position

Responsibilities

  • Responsible in RF/ antenna design and simulation support to achieve RF performance/compliance and manufacturing ability.
  • Responsible in RF and system research environment support for new product exploration (Proof-of-Concept, Techno Brick, Product Feature Concept) and new product development.
  • Responsible to translate customer requirements into usable information to initiate product design, considering factors such as suitable structure, material, and cost.
  • Liaising with Project - Product Development team to define and compile information of product specification, test specification .
  • Center of the specification RFID chip and reader, Standard and antenna design certification, and testing requirements.
  • Maintain on the RF Standard and Regulation related the product in company. Communication and provide training to related function.
  • IP development support in RF product and application
  • Define and perform RF measurement for product validation by using basic equipment such as ISO testbench, Vector Network Analyzer (VNA), LCR meter, power meter, oscilloscope and etc.
  • Responsible on the standard antenna design record and certified antenna database
  • Arranging readiness support of prototyping by creating work instructions/ work plan and disseminate plan to prototyping laboratory.
  • Arranging readiness support of reliability testing by creating a test plan and disseminate plan to reliability test laboratory.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor or Master degree in electrical, electronics, and telecommunication engineering.
  • New Graduation or +2 years’ experience in RF/Antenna design or Telecommunication engineering
  • Graduation with thesis in RF/Microwave, RFID and antenna design is advantage
  • Experience in RF design, antenna design and strong product development background.
  • Able to design and optimize planar antenna with the numerical electromagnetic simulators such as CST, ADS momentum, IE3D, and HFSS
  • At least 2 years’ background in electronic manufacturing is preferred.
  • Good skill in drawing by using CAD software preferably AutoCAD 2D
  • Wide degree of creativity and artistic ability in product design is expected
  • Ability to think outside the box, analytical, work under pressure and handle problems independently or as part of a team.
  • Good written work report and presentation skills Excellent interpersonal, communication and listening skills.
  • Good command of written and spoken English.
