We are now looking for an experienced and collaborative Quality Partnership Manager to lead a team within our Quality organization in Uppsala.
This role plays a key part in supporting Galderma's growing Biologics business, a strategic area central to the company's future growth and innovation. Building strong quality partnerships across our external network is critical to ensuring reliable supply, regulatory compliance, and
continued business success.

In this role, you will lead a team responsible for managing quality relationships with suppliers, contract laboratories, and external manufacturing partners, ensuring quality standards are maintained while supporting business growth and operational excellence.
You will play a critical role in strengthening supplier quality performance, developing effective quality partnerships, and ensuring that Galderma remains a trusted and compliant organization in a highly regulated environment.
Your mission
As Quality Partnership Manager, you will lead a team of five Quality professionals responsible for supplier and external partner quality oversight. Your team serves as the primary quality interface between Galderma and a broad network of external partners, including raw material suppliers, contract laboratories, and manufacturing partners.
Working closely with Procurement, Manufacturing, Supply Chain, Development, Engineering, and Quality stakeholders, you will ensure that supplier quality risks are effectively managed and that quality expectations are consistently communicated and maintained throughout the value chain.
You will play a key role in Galderma's global quality network, collaborating across sites and regions to drive a consistent approach to supplier quality management, share best practices, and support strategic supplier oversight.
Beyond day-to-day quality activities, you will help shape future ways of working, drive process improvements, and contribute to the continued evolution of Quality at Galderma.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead, coach, and develop a team of Quality professionals, creating an environment focused on collaboration, accountability, and continuous learning.
- Own and drive the quality relationship with suppliers, contract laboratories, and external manufacturing partners.
- Ensure effective oversight of supplier qualification, audits, performance monitoring, and ongoing compliance activities.
- Lead quality-related interactions concerning supplier changes, deviations, investigations, complaints, and corrective actions.
- Ensure Quality Agreements are established, maintained, and aligned with business and regulatory requirements.
- Collaborate closely with Procurement, Manufacturing, Supply Chain, R&D, and other stakeholders to address supplier quality issues and drive sustainable improvements.
- Support supplier selection, qualification, and risk management activities.
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance supplier quality processes, effectiveness, and operational efficiency.
- Contribute to the development and implementation of Galderma's supplier and external partner quality strategies, ensuring alignment with business objectives, regulatory expectations, and long-term growth plans.
- Partner with global Quality organizations and international sites to share knowledge, leverage best practices, and ensure a consistent approach across the network.
- Build strong internal and external partnerships that enable proactive quality management and long-term business success.

Required qualifications
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Pharmaceutical Sciences, Life Sciences, Engineering, Quality Management, or a related field.
- Significant experience working within Quality Assurance in a regulated industry such as pharmaceuticals, medical devices, biotechnology, or life sciences.
- Previous people leadership experience, including coaching, developing, and supporting teams.
- Experience managing supplier quality, external quality activities, audits, quality agreements, or quality oversight of external partners.
- Strong knowledge of GMP and applicable regulatory requirements.
- Demonstrated experience driving process improvements, implementing change, and influencing stakeholders across functions.
- Excellent communication, collaboration, and relationship-building skills.
- Fluency in English, both written and spoken.
Preferred Qualifications
- Professional proficiency in Swedish is considered a strong advantage.
