The Senior Project Manager will be responsible for overall execution and delivery of healthcare fitout projects, ensuring completion within approved cost, quality, and timelines.

About the Role:
- Lead end-to-end execution of healthcare fitout projects from planning to handover.
- Manage site teams, contractors, consultants, and vendors.
- Monitor project schedule and ensure timely completion.
- Control project costs and ensure work within approved budget.
- Ensure quality standards and compliance with specifications.
- Coordinate with design team for drawings and clarifications.
- Conduct regular review meetings and report project progress to management.
- Resolve site issues and escalate critical matters when required.
About You:
- Strong knowledge of healthcare fitout construction practices.
- Good leadership and team management skills.
- Strong planning, coordination, and problem-solving ability.
