Job Description:

The PM Program Manager will support the ONELead Program across North America and Latin America, driving program execution, coordination, and continuous improvement across the Services organization.

This role requires strong project management capabilities, Service Delivery knowledge, and the ability to influence and collaborate effectively with multiple stakeholders across countries and functions. The successful candidate will also leverage AI and automation to identify opportunities for process improvement, efficiency, and operational optimization.

Responsibilities:

1. Manages internal project delivery

• Budget as detailed in Impact section.
• Medium/ moderately complex/ local or sub- region.
• Medium/ high risk.

2. Manages project financials including business impact.

• Meets or exceeds approved budget.
• Provides reliable financial forecasts to Management.

3. Manages stakeholder relationships.

• Manages mid to upper level stakeholder relationships.

4. Manages project team.

• Manages internal as well as external resources with a team size generally up to 20 people Is aware of necessary skill development of project team members.
• Provides performance review input and development recommendations for team members .

Required Qualifications

• First-level university degree.
• 5+ years of experience in Project Management, Program Management, or similar roles.
• Advanced English proficiency
• Experience or strong knowledge of Service Delivery environments and processes.
• Hands-on experience implementing or leveraging AI and automation solutions to drive process improvements, efficiencies, or operational enhancements.
• Strong project/program management knowledge, including planning, execution, stakeholder management, risk management, and progress tracking.
• Strong influencing and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to drive results across cross-functional teams.
• Excellent presentation and communication skills, including the ability to communicate effectively with different levels of the organization.

Nice to Have

• Project Management certification or formal PM training.
• PMP certification or currently on the PMP certification path.
• Additional experience with project management methodologies, tools, and best practices.
• Previous experience working in regional or global programs involving multiple countries or business units.
