As a Platform Success Representative, you will be:
Achieving sales targets by proactively managing a group of platform trading customers.
Identifying, onboarding, and reactivating new and dormant online partners.
Training and educating partners to promote a self-serve approach on the platform.
Collaborating with internal teams to maximize sales opportunities through the platform.
Handling inbound queries and providing solutions within the defined SLA.
Focusing on customer base growth, platform utilization, and revenue targets.
Resolving day-to-day platform issues and driving insights during customer interactions.
Promoting Ingram Micro campaigns and increasing platform engagement.
Driving self-serve quoting and quote-to-order conversions.
Monitoring customer trends and collaborating on resolving challenges.
Working a Monday to Friday schedule from 11:00 AM to 8:00 PM.

Knowledge of professional, effective telephone techniques and customer care
Strong negotiation and influencing skills
Good knowledge of IT products
Excellent communication skills: written and verbal required.
