Compensation & Benefits
Base Salary: $80,000–$110,000 annually (based on experience)
Performance Bonus
- Monthly productivity bonus: $500–$2,000
Additional Incentives
- Up to $50,000 sign-on and/or relocation package for qualified candidates

What You'll Do
- Evaluate patients with orthopedic and musculoskeletal conditions
- Develop individualized treatment plans using evidence-based rehabilitation techniques
- Deliver skilled interventions including therapeutic exercise, manual therapy, neuromuscular reeducation, and functional training
- Monitor patient progress and modify treatment plans to maximize outcomes
- Educate patients on injury prevention, home exercise programs, and long-term wellness strategies
- Collaborate with Physical Therapist Assistants (PTAs), physicians, and other healthcare professionals to coordinate care
- Complete timely and accurate documentation within the electronic medical record (EMR)
- Maintain compliance with professional, ethical, and regulatory standards
Qualifications
Required
- Graduate of a CAPTE-accredited Physical Therapy program
- Master's degree in Physical Therapy or Doctor of Physical Therapy (DPT)
- Current Arizona Physical Therapist license or eligibility to obtain licensure before start date
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and clinical reasoning skills
- Commitment to delivering patient-centered, evidence-based orthopedic care
Preferred
- Outpatient orthopedic experience
- Experience with manual therapy and orthopedic rehabilitation
- New graduates are encouraged to apply and will receive mentorship
