About this Personal Injury Legal Assistant/New Client Advisor role at Hodge Jones & Allen LLP
Hodge Jones & Allen LLP have an exciting opportunity for a Legal Assistant / New Client Advisor working within the Personal Injury team. The primary responsibility will be to receive and screen calls from those seeking HJA’s legal services. This is an office based, administrative role working within a busy and friendly team.
You will be dealing with a high level of incoming calls which will require a sensitive and professional manner, alongside good interviewing skills to assess how to direct clients to the appropriate services within the firm. There will also be scope to assist with the firm’s marketing initiatives. You will be a member of our front-line response team required to handle enquiries thoughtfully and speedily to achieve high lead to case conversion rates.
Requirements
- A confident communicator, interacting with a varying range of clients and dealing with their enquiries in an understanding and professional manner, at all times.
- Skilled at listening, with an ability to discuss and understand complex legal situations with clients in a supportive and non-judgmental way.
- Receiving incoming calls/making outgoing calls and dealing with new enquiries within the Personal Injury team.
- Through careful listening and questioning, gain an insight into the client’s requirements and assist as far as possible.
- Previous experience in a similar role or wish to gain experience in the legal field is preferable.
- Good analytical, IT and literacy skills, be methodical, able to work using your own initiative, with a flexible attitude.
