*Job Description: Painter / Handyman - Shift & Overnight*

*Location*: 
*Employment Type*: Full-time, Shift Work including Overnight Shifts
*Reports to*: Maintenance Supervisor / Facilities Manager

*Role Summary*
We are looking for a reliable and *polyvalent Painter / Handyman* to support our maintenance team. The role covers painting, general repairs, and upkeep across the facility. You must be flexible to *work shifts including overnight*, and comfortable using digital tools to manage tasks.

*Key Responsibilities*
*Painting*
- Prepare surfaces: sanding, filling, priming, and masking
- Paint walls, ceilings, doors, metalwork, and exterior areas
- Touch-ups, color matching, and finishing to high standard
- Maintain tools and ensure safe use of materials

*Handyman / General Maintenance*
- Basic *carpentry*: repairs, fittings, assembly, door/window adjustments
- Basic *plumbing*: unblocking, leak repairs, tap and fitting replacements
- Basic *electrical*: changing bulbs, sockets, and minor non-licensed tasks
- Furniture moving, patching, tiling, and general facility upkeep

*Operations & Communication*
- Respond to maintenance requests and emergencies during shift
- Use *electronic communication devices* such as *HotSOS, Microsoft Teams, WhatsApp* to receive jobs, update status, and report completion
- Log work done and materials used on digital platforms
- Ensure work areas are clean, safe, and comply with H&S standards

*Requirements*
- *Experience*: 2+ years as Painter and/or Handyman in facilities, hotel, or commercial environment
- *Skills*:
    - Proven painting skills with good finish quality
    - Hands-on ability across carpentry, plumbing, and general repairs
    - Problem-solver, self-motivated, attention to detail
- *Tech*: Comfortable using *HotSOS, Teams, WhatsApp* or similar apps for task management
- *Availability*: Must be willing to *work on rotating shifts including overnight, weekends, and public holidays*
- *Other*: Physically fit for lifting and working at heights
*Working Conditions*
Shift pattern includes days, evenings, and overnight. Must be flexible and reliable for call-outs.
