Correlate events, validate evidence and coordinate escalation across services; independent service-impact authority requires OBV4 proficiency.Key Responsibilities
Monitor dashboards and event streams
Correlate signals across applications, infrastructure, network, data and dependencies
Execute runbooks and support incident bridges
Document evidence and recurring signal-quality issues
Minimum Qualifications
2-4+ years in monitoring, production support, NOC, application or infrastructure support
Experience with monitoring, ticketing or incident workflows
Working knowledge of cross-layer dependencies and log evidence
Preferred Qualifications
Banking, fintech or high-availability support
SQL, scripting, cloud, APM or log-analysis exposure
ITIL familiarity
