As an Associate in IT Infrastructure Managed Services, you will engage in client support within our Technology Consulting practice, focusing on cloud operations and infrastructure management. You will contribute to the delivery of reliable and adaptable solutions, enhancing client engagement and developing your skills in a fast-paced environment. As an Associate, you will build your personal brand by deepening your technical knowledge and understanding the broader objectives of your projects. You will learn to anticipate the needs of your teams and clients, embracing challenges as opportunities for growth.

In this role at PwC Acceleration Center India, you will participate in project tasks, support senior staff, and engage in research to develop basic skills and knowledge. You will use a broad range of tools and methodologies to generate new ideas and solve problems, interpreting data to inform insights and recommendations. Upholding professional and technical standards, you will contribute to the delivery of quality work, building meaningful client connections and learning how to manage and inspire others. Responsibilities

- Supporting cloud operations and infrastructure management to deliver client-focused solutions
- Participating in cloud migration and optimization initiatives using platforms like AWS, Google Cloud Platform, and Microsoft Azure
- Troubleshooting cloud computing issues to enhance service delivery and performance
- Assisting in the design and implementation of cloud infrastructure architecture
- Collaborating with teams to optimize cloud infrastructure and performance
- Engaging in technical consultation to address client needs and improve cloud service management
- Utilizing tools such as Dynatrace APM and Splunk for infrastructure performance monitoring
- Contributing to cloud compliance and strategy development to align with client objectives
- Developing skills in cloud-based service management and administration
- Building knowledge in cloud engineering and operations to support managed services

What You Must Have

- At least a Bachelor's degree
- Oral and written proficiency in English required
