This role is ideal for a skilled and service-driven professional who is passionate about delivering exceptional wellness experiences in a luxury environment.
What You Will Do
- Greet guests promptly, confirm treatments, and deliver a professional, relaxing service with the highest level of hospitality.
- Perform massage treatments in accordance with all licensing requirements, sanitation standards, and local regulations.
- Set up, maintain, and clean treatment rooms, ensuring all equipment, linens, and supplies meet quality and par standards.
- Prepare and reset treatment rooms efficiently between appointments, ensuring readiness for each guest.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization across spa facilities, including back-of-house, relaxation lounges, and locker rooms.
- Promote and recommend spa retail products using prescribed consultation guidelines.
- Provide services in alternative locations, including guest rooms or event spaces, as needed.
- Collaborate professionally and effectively with team members and supervisors to ensure seamless service delivery.
What You Bring
- High School Diploma required; completion of an accredited massage therapy program with valid licensing/certification.
- Minimum of two (2) years of experience in an upscale spa or luxury hotel environment preferred.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a guest-focused mindset.
- Ability to multitask and perform in a fast-paced, high-volume environment.
- Proven problem-solving abilities and composure when handling challenging situations.
- Proficiency in reading, writing, and speaking English.
- Knowledge of Nashville and surrounding areas is a plus.
