We are a growing online retail company in the outdoor and camping space. We design and sell our own branded products to customers in several countries. Our team works remotely and we value ownership, clear communication, and people who want to keep getting better at what they do.

About the role

You run our email marketing, keep our website current, and make sure every product launch and promotion goes live on time.

This is a hands-on execution role. The strategy and the calendar come from the Marketing Manager. You own getting it done, on schedule, without being chased.

The basics

  2. Location: Remote (Philippines)
  3. Reports to: Marketing Manager
  4. Position type: Full-time contractor
  5. Hours: 40 hours per week, Monday to Friday
  6. Start time: 9:00 AM AEST (7:00 AM Manila time)

What you will do

Email marketing

  1. Build, schedule and send email campaigns against the marketing calendar
  2. Maintain our automated email flows and sign-up forms
  3. Keep our email lists clean and properly segmented

Website upkeep

  1. Make routine content updates inside our existing website templates: banners, product pages and collections
  2. Keep pricing, availability and promotional elements accurate, and live or expired on schedule

Listing content

  1. Create and maintain product listing copy and images across our sales channels
  2. Work with our content producers to get copy and images delivered on time
  3. Keep listings accurate, optimised and on brand

Launches and promotions

  1. Own the launch checklist and keep every part of it on schedule to the go-live date
  2. Brief and coordinate the content and images each launch or promotion needs
  3. Build and schedule the launch and promotional email sequences
  4. Publish product pages and collections on go-live day, and reset the site afterwards

Collaborators and partners

  1. Be the day-to-day contact for paid collaborators and partners: briefs out, assets in, deadlines tracked
  2. Keep a live tracker of deliverables, timelines and status
  3. Help shortlist new collaborators and affiliates

Reporting and support

  1. Report on email and website performance on a regular, predictable schedule
  2. Coordinate with other teams where marketing work depends on them
  3. Keep assets organised, the calendar current, and actions tracked

Requirements

Required

  1. At least 2 years in marketing coordination, digital marketing, or a marketing execution role
  2. Hands-on experience with an email marketing platform — building and scheduling both campaigns and automated flows
  3. Comfortable working inside a website admin to make content updates
  4. Strong written English
  5. Strong organisation. You can run several deadlines at once and hit them without being chased
  6. Careful attention to detail
  7. Able to start at 9:00 AM AEST (7:00 AM Manila time), Monday to Friday
  8. Reliable internet and a backup plan for power or connection loss

Nice to have

  1. Klaviyo experience
  2. Shopify experience
  3. Amazon listings
  4. Analytics dashboards such as GA4
  5. Basic image editing (Canva or similar)
  6. Experience coordinating product launches or promotional campaigns
  7. Consumer products or online retail background
