Your role and responsibilities

In this role, you will have the opportunity to be responsible for local export operations. Each day, you will supervise performance of customs brokers. You will also showcase your expertise by ensuring smooth execution of operational trade and customs activities within a local unit, including relevant documentation and compliance with regulations. You will maintain and improve transport/logistics processes to optimize product and material deliveries.

The work model for the role is onsite.

This role is contributing to the Electrification Business Area, Distribution Solutions Division.

You will be mainly accountable for:

• Ensures the Logistics processes – preparation of needed documentation for deliveries in EU and non-EU countries in compliance with local and international legislation

• Maintains all needed settings and parameters in Sales and Distribution module in SAP and prepares and analyzes regular statistics using available tools and collecting relevant information

• Plans, monitors, calculates and measures the prices according to the local pricing strategy

• Managing the necessary documentation and online forms for the efficient, cost-effective, and lawful execution of all import/export activities.

Qualifications for the role

• Bachelor´s degree in a relevant field

• Ability to demonstrate your experience in Customer Service and Logistics will be considered as an advantage

• Very good computer literacy of MS Office (Word, Excel) and ERP systems (SAP will be an advantage)

• You are at ease communicating in English

• Ability to work in a dynamic environment
