What you’ll be doing

  • Translate Nordic brand strategy into strong local commercial execution in Norway
  • Develop and implement annual brand and activation plans to drive growth
  • Adapt brand strategies to local retailers, shoppers, and category dynamics
  • Lead local product launches, campaigns, and in-market execution across channels
  • Partner closely with Key Account Managers to support sell-in and customer activation
  • Collaborate with Category Managers to ensure strong shopper relevance and category growth
  • Ensure local adaptation of media, digital, and retail assets
  • Track brand performance, pricing, and campaign effectiveness
  • Manage and optimize the local A&P budget and investments
  • Provide actionable market, consumer, and shopper insights to Nordic teams
  • Deliver high-quality POS and ePOS materials to support commercial excellence
  • Act as the key connector across Sales, Category, Field, HCP, and Nordic Marketing

Requirements

  • University degree in Marketing, Business, Economics, or similar
  • Experience in FMCG, Consumer Health, Pharmacy, or Personal Care
  • Strong commercial mindset with solid understanding of retail and shopper behavior
  • Proven track record in driving local activation and execution
  • Experience working cross-functionally across Sales, Marketing, and Category
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to turn insights into action
  • Good understanding of category development and customer dynamics
  • Solid knowledge of digital and media channels
  • Strong communication and presentation skills
  • Fluent in Norwegian and English
  • Hands-on, execution-driven, and comfortable in a fast-paced environment
  • Entrepreneurial mindset with strong ownership and accountability
  • Structured, proactive, and able to manage multiple priorities
  • Collaborative team player with a solution-oriented approach
