Job Summary

• ASSESSMENT – Participates in the collection and analysis of data related to care delivery and reports critical findings to the Registered Nurse and/or Physician

• PLANNING and COLLABORATION– Participates in the development of the individualized plan of care that identifies strategies and alternatives to attain expected outcomes and collaborates with other members of the healthcare team as appropriate

• IMPLEMENTATION – Participates in the execution of the individualized patient/family plan

• EVALUATION – Participates in the evaluation process forward

• AHBasic Life Support Course - AHA - American Heart Association required

• Georgia Practical Nurse License - Georgia Secretary Of State required

• Job Related Experience Preferred
