Position Overview 

The Learning Ecosystem Development Manager develops and connects Autodesk’s internal learning ecosystem by identifying strategic initiatives, teams, content, and experiences that should connect to Customer Learning. 

This role works across Autodesk to uncover and qualify learning opportunities, develop cross-functional initiatives, enable teams to participate in shared learning models such as self-serve publishing, and ensure Autodesk’s most important priorities are translated into actionable opportunities for Customer Learning. 

The role serves as a connector across Autodesk, helping transform fragmented learning efforts and emerging business needs into a more connected, discoverable, and scalable Learning Ecosystem. 

Responsibilities 

  • Identify and qualify strategic learning opportunities across Autodesk

  • Build relationships with internal teams creating learning content, experiences, or customer enablement

  • Connect teams, initiatives, and learning experiences into Autodesk’s broader Learning Ecosystem

  • Develop cross-functional learning initiatives that connect multiple Autodesk organizations and customer experiences

  • Identify internal teams and content appropriate for shared learning models such as self-serve publishing

  • Enable internal contributors to engage effectively with Customer Learning by connecting them to appropriate pathways, standards, resources, and support

  • Stay aligned to Autodesk strategy and emerging business priorities to identify where Learning should engage

  • Translate strategic initiatives and internal ecosystem signals into clear, actionable opportunities for Learning Architecture, Experience Design, platform, content, and other Customer Learning teams

  • Map Autodesk’s internal learning ecosystem to identify gaps, duplication, emerging needs, and opportunities for stronger connection

  • Develop recommendations and opportunity briefs for new internal ecosystem opportunities

  • Lead or support pilots that test new cross-functional learning approaches and ecosystem connections

  • Capture insights from cross-functional initiatives and use them to strengthen the Learning Partnerships model

  • Monitor developments in customer education, digital learning, AI-enabled learning, and learning ecosystems to identify relevant opportunities for Autodesk. 

 

Minimum Qualifications 

  • 5+ years of experience in ecosystem development, strategic programs, customer education, business development, program strategy, or a related fieldDemonstrated experience leading complex cross-functional initiatives across organizations

  • Experience identifying and developing new opportunities based on business, customer, or organizational needs

  • Ability to translate strategy and emerging priorities into actionable programs and recommendations

  • Strong relationship-building and stakeholder-management skills, with demonstrated ability to influence without direct authority

  • Strong strategic thinking, facilitation, communication, and problem-solving skills

  • Demonstrated ability to create structure and drive progress in ambiguous or emerging areas

  • Experience in SaaS, technology, customer learning, learning platforms, content strategy, or digital learning ecosystems preferred

Le responsable du développement de l’écosystème de formation développe et relie l’écosystème de formation interne d’Autodesk en identifiant les initiatives stratégiques, les équipes, les contenus et les expériences qui doivent être mis en lien avec la formation client.

Ce poste implique de travailler à l’échelle d’Autodesk pour identifier et valider les opportunités de formation, développer des initiatives interfonctionnelles, permettre aux équipes de participer à des modèles d’apprentissage partagés tels que la publication en libre-service, et veiller à ce que les priorités les plus importantes d’Autodesk se traduisent par des opportunités concrètes pour la formation client.

Ce poste sert de trait d’union au sein d’Autodesk, contribuant à transformer des efforts de formation fragmentés et des besoins métier émergents en un écosystème de formation plus connecté, plus accessible et plus évolutif.

Responsabilités

  • Identifier et valider les opportunités d’apprentissage stratégiques au sein d’Autodesk

  • Établir des relations avec les équipes internes chargées de créer du contenu d’apprentissage, des expériences ou des outils d’accompagnement client

  • Relier les équipes, les initiatives et les expériences d’apprentissage à l’écosystème d’apprentissage global d’Autodesk

  • Développer des initiatives d’apprentissage interfonctionnelles reliant plusieurs entités d’Autodesk et expériences client

  • Identifier les équipes internes et les contenus adaptés aux modèles de formation partagés, tels que la publication en libre-service

  • Permettre aux contributeurs internes de s’impliquer efficacement dans la formation client en les orientant vers les parcours, les normes, les ressources et le soutien appropriés

  • Rester en phase avec la stratégie d’Autodesk et les priorités métier émergentes afin d’identifier les domaines dans lesquels la formation doit intervenir

  • Traduire les initiatives stratégiques et les signaux de l’écosystème interne en opportunités claires et concrètes pour les équipes chargées de l’architecture de formation, de la conception d’expérience, de la plateforme, du contenu et d’autres aspects de la formation client

  • Cartographier l’écosystème de formation interne d’Autodesk afin d’identifier les lacunes, les doublons, les besoins émergents et les opportunités de renforcement des liens

  • Élaborer des recommandations et des fiches d’opportunités pour de nouvelles opportunités au sein de l’écosystème interne

  • Diriger ou soutenir des projets pilotes visant à tester de nouvelles approches de formation transversales et de nouvelles connexions au sein de l’écosystème

  • Recueillir les enseignements tirés des initiatives transversales et les utiliser pour renforcer le modèle de partenariats de formation

  • Suivre les évolutions en matière de formation client, d’apprentissage numérique, d’apprentissage basé sur l’IA et d’écosystèmes de formation afin d’identifier les opportunités pertinentes pour Autodesk.

Qualifications Minimales

  • Au moins 5 ans d’expérience dans le développement d’écosystèmes, les programmes stratégiques, la formation client, le développement commercial, la stratégie de programmes ou un domaine connexe. Expérience avérée dans la conduite d’initiatives interfonctionnelles complexes à l’échelle de l’organisation

  • Expérience dans l’identification et le développement de nouvelles opportunités en fonction des besoins de l’entreprise, des clients ou de l’organisation

  • Capacité à traduire la stratégie et les priorités émergentes en programmes et recommandations concrets

  • Solides compétences en matière de création de relations et de gestion des parties prenantes, avec une capacité avérée à exercer une influence sans autorité directe

  • Solides compétences en réflexion stratégique, animation, communication et résolution de problèmes

  • Capacité avérée à mettre en place une structure et à faire avancer les choses dans des domaines flous ou émergents

  • Une expérience dans le SaaS, la technologie, la formation client, les plateformes d’apprentissage, la stratégie de contenu ou les écosystèmes d’apprentissage numérique est un atout

Salary transparency

Salary is one part of Autodesk’s competitive compensation package. For Canada based roles, we expect a starting base salary between $75,000 and $110,000. Offers are based on the candidate’s experience and geographic location, and may exceed this range. In addition to base salaries, our compensation package may include annual cash bonuses, commissions for sales roles, stock grants, and a comprehensive benefits package.
