We work with clients to help them understand & influence what their fans are doing – the way fans spend their money, the events that fans attend, the channels fans respond to, the content fans watch and more. And we use the understanding this gives us to help our clients grow. Grow their audiences and grow their revenues - both direct to consumer and business to business revenues. Our platforms and services are trusted by over 900 clients globally, including the English Premier League, Red Bull, UEFA, VISA, the NFL, Nike and Amazon. We are almost 1000 people, based out of 14 offices, and we deliver work for sports and entertainment businesses of all shapes and sizes all over the world.

Requirements

Key Responsibilities

  • Collaborating with your peers and engaging with Software Engineers, Product Managers, Delivery as part of our cross functional teams
  • Advocating for the utilisation of the quality-first mindset throughout the development process
  • Ensuring that we are embedding quality into our processes, utilising relevant techniques and heuristics where required to ensure effective testing and feedback loops
  • You will be hands on, working with engineers to test and measure quality as products are being built
  • This is a hybrid role - you are expected to be in the office 2 days a week, with occasional travel to other offices where required.

Requirements

  • 5 years within the quality engineering space
  • You have a strong desire to continually improve, with an innate curiosity and an eye for detail
  • You have excellent communication skills, with the ability to proactively seek out and raise risks with relevant team members and leadership, working with them to help resolve any issues.
  • You have a strong understanding of testing techniques, heuristics and processes - and how/when they are implemented during the development process
  • You have a working understanding of test automation, its benefits and how it should be implemented along with knowledge of pitfalls. Bonus points if you have experience in building automated test frameworks to a working level!
  • You have had exposure to applications built with any of the following:

Javascript/Typescript + React/Angular/Vue.js

Testing frameworks such as playwright, storybook

C# .NET

Observability frameworks such as Grafana/Datadog
