What you’ll be doing

  • Provide first-line IT support to end users across hardware, software, operating systems, standard applications, and peripheral equipment.
  • Handle incidents and service requests through our IT Service Management platform, following ITIL practices, defined priorities, procedures, and SLAs.
  • Manage end-user devices throughout their lifecycle, including installation, configuration, maintenance, troubleshooting, and replacement.
  • Administer user accounts, access rights, and identity management solutions, including Active Directory and Microsoft Entra ID.
  • Contribute to Incident, Request, Knowledge, and Change Management processes through accurate ticket categorisation, documentation, escalation, and stakeholder communication.
  • Identify and document recurring issues and solutions to strengthen knowledge sharing and service continuity.
  • Collaborate closely with the wider IT team to deliver a reliable, secure, and efficient workplace IT experience.

Requirements

  • Relevant IT education or equivalent practical experience in an IT support, service desk, or workplace IT environment.
  • Working knowledge of end-user hardware, operating systems, standard workplace applications, and IT environments.
  • Practical experience with identity and access management, including user account administration, Active Directory and/or Microsoft Entra ID.
  • Familiarity with ITSM tools and ITIL-based processes such as Incident, Request, Knowledge, and Change Management.
  • Basic understanding of IT security principles and standard workplace IT practices.
  • Customer-focused mindset with clear, professional communication skills.
  • Structured, reliable, and comfortable managing several support requests according to agreed priorities.
  • Collaborative and hands-on approach, with the motivation to learn and develop in an international, fast-paced organisation.
