The Global Platform Business Innovation & Execution Team sits at the forefront of that mission. We explore, define, and scale the next generation of platform value by transforming ideas into business impact. Through our Innovation lifecycle of Ideate, Incubate, Pilot, and Scale, we identify emerging opportunities, validate new concepts, and bring innovative solutions to life across a global ecosystem.
As an Innovation Analyst, you will serve as the insight-driven entry point into our innovation engine, helping transform emerging ideas into decision-ready opportunities. You'll combine market intelligence, analytical rigor, and strategic thinking to identify growth opportunities, evaluate their potential, and support leaders in making informed investment decisions. This role offers unique exposure to senior stakeholders and a broad portfolio of platform innovation initiatives with global reach.
What you’ll do
- Research markets, competitors, partners, and customers to surface opportunities across multiple strategic pillars.
- Build the evidence behind each opportunity — assumptions, scenarios, and initial value sizing.
- Turn complex data into a clear insight, implication, and recommendation for decision owners.
- Define testable hypotheses and success measures for small, low-risk pilots or initial proof of concept.
- Create concise, executive-ready updates that make progress, risk, and next steps obvious.
- Track evidence, flag blockers early, and recommend a practical path forward identifying modifications and alternatives.
What you bring
- Experience in analysis, platform strategic initiatives, consulting, finance, product, or transformation preferred.
- Strong analytical and quantitative problem-solving skills.
- Clear, concise communication — written and verbal. English required, additional languages a plus.
- Comfortable working across multiple priorities in a fast-moving, global environment.
- A growth mindset: curious, coachable, and eager to take on broader ownership.
