Job Summary

The Infrastructure Architect is responsible for designing, implementing, and delivering enterprise IT infrastructure solutions that support the organization's business objectives. This role leads infrastructure projects across servers, networks, telecommunications, cloud, and data center technologies, ensuring solutions are secure, scalable, reliable, and aligned with business requirements.

Key Responsibilities

• Design and implement enterprise IT infrastructure solutions and architectures.
• Lead the delivery of complex infrastructure projects from planning through implementation.
• Develop high-level and low-level infrastructure designs and technical standards.
• Collaborate with business units, project teams, vendors, and stakeholders to deliver infrastructure initiatives.
• Ensure infrastructure solutions meet security, performance, scalability, and availability requirements.
• Provide technical leadership and guidance to infrastructure and project teams.
• Support infrastructure modernization, migration, and cloud transformation initiatives.
• Review and approve infrastructure designs, technical documentation, and implementation plans.
• Identify project risks and recommend appropriate mitigation strategies.
• Ensure compliance with enterprise architecture standards, governance, and best practices.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Computer Engineering, or a related field.
• At least 10 years of experience in IT Infrastructure, including significant experience as an Infrastructure Architect.
• Proven experience designing and delivering enterprise infrastructure solutions across networks, servers, virtualization, storage, cloud, and data center technologies.
• Strong knowledge of enterprise infrastructure architecture, system integration, and infrastructure security.
• Experience leading large-scale infrastructure projects and working with cross-functional teams.
• Ability to independently manage multiple projects with minimal supervision.
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, stakeholder management, and communication skills.
• Relevant certifications (e.g., TOGAF, AWS, Azure, VMware, Cisco, ITIL) are an advantage.
• Experience in the banking or financial services industry is highly preferred.
