Pay Range: $50,00 - $70,000

About the Role

This is a terrific opportunity to be part of the global Talent function, playing a key role for two high-visibility, global leadership development programs. These programs require someone who can navigate complexity and bring the operational precision that a senior program participant demands.

Working directly with the SVP and Senior Manager of Talent Development, you will be central to the global talent strategy, coordinating across geographies, vendors, executives, and time zones to make sure every experience runs flawlessly. This is the kind of role that launches careers in Talent Development.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead the operations and execution of two high-visibility global leadership development programs, helping to organize and execute the program plans and communication rhythms that will define how these programs run. This is a genuine build-from-scratch opportunity.

  • Global Coordination Lead: Coordinating across business units and geographies to deliver a shared experience, requiring flexibility, and highly skilled project management and organizational skills.

  • Manage end-to-end program logistics across multiple modules, cohorts, and time zones, from calendar management and travel to on-site event execution, ensuring every touchpoint reflects the caliber of the audience.

What You Bring

  • A genuine commitment to quality: Produces quality work even at a detailed level and carefully checks work for mistakes.

  • Exceptional organization: The ability to manage multiple high-priority workstreams and parallel tasks simultaneously without losing focus.

  • A calm, solutions-oriented approach: Ability to remain calm and composed as or when things change (and they will).

  • Collaboration: Communicates proactively, accepts the perspectives of others, listens attentively, and shares updates proactively to avoid surprises or inefficiencies.

  • Dependability: Adheres to policies, procedures, and legal obligations; is punctual, reliable, and communicates proactively about any delays.

  • Integrity & Confidentiality: Maintains confidentiality, and upholds ethical standards when handling sensitive participant and budget information.

  • Applies Technology Effectively: Learns and adopts new technology with ease and applies it in a manner that improves productivity and efficiency.

Functional & Technical Skills

  • Event Coordination: Experience planning and executing highly visible programs or events, including travel logistics, vendor management, and on-site operations.

  • Program Coordination: Strong ability to plan, organize, and manage all activities across a complex, multi-module program.

  • Project Management: Manages timelines, resources, and stakeholder needs to ensure successful execution.

  • Budget Tracking: Experience managing and reconciling expenditures against program budgets.

  • Communication Skills: Communicates clearly and professionally, in both written and verbal formats, across a wide range of stakeholders.

  • Collaboration & Virtual Tools: Proficiency in virtual collaboration platforms (e.g., Google Meet and Zoom) for coordinating globally distributed program delivery.

Preferred Qualifications

  • 1–3 years of experience in HR, event and program coordination, executive support, or a related operational role

  • Experience supporting or working alongside senior-level executives or their offices

  • Exposure to global or multi-geography program logistics is a strong plus

  • An interest in building a career in Talent Development — this role is a genuine launchpad

What Success Looks Like in This Role

In the first 90 days, this person will have built a solid understanding of the program structure, established relationships with participants and/or executive assistants and key vendors, and demonstrated ownership of the operational calendar.

Within six months, you are running the day-to-day logistics of the programs with minimal oversight, anticipating needs before they arise, catching problems before they escalate, and bringing a level of precision that reflects the caliber of the program's audiences.

This is a role for someone who takes genuine pride in excellent execution, understands the difference between done and done well, and thrives in an environment where attention to detail and discretion are required.

By managing the communications, logistics, and follow-through, you will be a key contributor to how these programs are flawlessly delivered, sending a clear signal about News Corp's commitment to developing talent globally.
