• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Civil, Mechanical. • 5–10 years project management experience in beverage, food, or manufacturing industries. • Experience coordinating cross-functional resources and managing vendor/contractor relationships. • Strong knowledge of brewery operations, brewing processes, packaging systems, and facility utilities. • PMP certification preferred.

Resumen

Provide overall leadership and accountability for the successful delivery of a portfolio of projects within the program in a matrix organization. Lead planning, execution, and integration across all project phases while coordinating the contributions of Construction Managers, Process Engineers, and functional stakeholders. Ensure efficient resource allocation and strict financial control across all initiatives, maintaining alignment with approved scope, budget, and schedule. Champion a collaborative “One Team” culture that promotes cross-functional alignment, effective decision-making, and clear communication. Ensure projects meet design intent, quality standards, and delivery milestones while optimizing processes and managing risk to achieve outcomes aligned with the organization’s strategic objectives.

Responsabilidades

1 Lead end-to-end planning and execution of brewery projects, balancing functional priorities and shared resources

1.1 Comprehensive Project Management: The PM leads the SOW definition, planning, execution, monitoring, and closure of brewery projects, ensuring balance among the priorities of different areas and optimal use of shared resources.

1.2 Fostering High-Performance Culture and Teams: The Project Manager builds a collaborative and resilient team environment by encouraging organizational culture, belonging, and CBI values through effective leadership and feedback.

1.3 Stakeholder Management: Manages relationships with all stakeholders (internal and external) to align expectations and maximize the value delivered.

1.4 3YR Plan development: Participate in all processes to get the new/futures project for the breweries, develop the support to be able to present the project at the capex committee meeting.

2 Develop detailed project schedules, impact assessments, and crossfunctional RACI roles

2.1 Detailed Planning: Develops detailed schedules using project management tools, identifying critical paths and ensuring key milestones.

2.2 Brewery Impact Analysis: Assesses and communicates operational impacts of new recipes, equipment, or processes, anticipating risks and managing changes.

2.3 Clear Role Assignment (RACI): Defines and communicates roles and responsibilities through RACI matrices, ensuring clarity and accountability in execution.

3. Coordinate with brewing, packaging, and QA to ensure new equipment, recipes, or processes meet quality and construction std.

3.1 Cross-Functional Coordination: Facilitates collaboration among operational areas of the brewery to validate new processes.

3.2 Resources and Training Management: Ensures the team has the resources, tools, and training required for a successful transition.

4 Manage contractors, OEM vendors, engineering partners, and internal technical teams

4.1 Vendor and Contractor Management: Bid participation, selection, contract management, technical discussions, and performance oversight for suppliers, OEMs, and engineering firms.

4.2 Coordinate the efforts of internal and external engineering teams, ensuring that all disciplines and designers work collaboratively to deliver high-quality and cohesive project outcomes. (the engineering team is accountable for the quality of engineering work and ensures aligning all technical outputs with our standards).

5 Track budgets, update change logs, and manage risk registers

5.1 Budget and Financial Management: Monitors the financial progress of the project (forecast, cash flow, monthly closing, WBS, fundings, CHO), approves deviations, and ensures proper financial closure.

5.2 Change and Risk Management: Maintains change and risk logs, implements mitigation strategies, and manages change control to minimize impacts.

6 Lead cross-functional meetings and ensure alignment across shifts, departments, and leadership levels

6.1 Meeting Facilitation and Communication: Leads regular follow-up meetings with all stakeholders, ensuring alignment in objectives, timelines, and resources.

6.2 Effective Communication: Ensures information flows among shifts, departments, and leadership levels, managing expectations and resolving conflicts.

7 Report project status to senior leadership, highlighting bottlenecks, risks, and mitigation strategies

7.1 Reporting and Executive Visibility: Prepares and presents clear, executive-level reports to senior management, highlighting progress, risks, bottlenecks, and action plans.

7.2 Closure and Lessons Learned: Ensures documentation and financial closure of the project, collecting lessons learned for continuous improvement.
