We are seeking a highly driven Manager – Founder’s Office (Strategy, Operations & Special Projects) to work closely with executive leadership on high-impact strategic initiatives, business transformation, and operational excellence. As part of the Founder’s Office, you will partner directly with senior leadership to identify growth opportunities, improve operational efficiency, and lead cross-functional initiatives from concept through execution. This is a high-ownership role that spans business strategy, retail operations, customer experience, finance, marketing, technology, supply chain, and people functions. The ideal candidate combines strong analytical thinking with an execution-focused mindset and is comfortable working across strategic planning, data analysis, and hands-on implementation.

Key Responsibilities

• Partner closely with executive leadership to drive strategic priorities, operational improvements, and business transformation initiatives.
• Lead high-impact projects from problem identification and analysis through execution, monitoring, and continuous improvement.
• Evaluate business expansion opportunities, strategic partnerships, new business models, and market growth initiatives.
• Conduct market research, competitor benchmarking, customer analysis, and commercial assessments to support key business decisions.
• Develop business cases, executive presentations, dashboards, and management reports that provide actionable insights.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including Operations, Marketing, Finance, Technology, Supply Chain, Customer Experience, and HR to execute strategic initiatives.
• Analyze business performance across products, customers, channels, and operational metrics to identify growth opportunities and efficiency improvements.
• Design and implement process improvements, governance frameworks, and standard operating procedures that enhance organizational effectiveness.
• Track project milestones, manage stakeholder communication, identify execution risks, and ensure timely delivery of business objectives.
• Support digital transformation, automation, AI adoption, and technology-enabled process improvement initiatives across the organization.
• Build performance dashboards and reporting frameworks that improve business visibility and leadership decision-making.
• Act as a trusted execution partner by driving accountability, alignment, and collaboration across multiple business functions.

What Makes You a Great Fit

• 2+ years of experience in Founder’s Office, Strategy, Business Operations, Consulting, Corporate Strategy, or cross-functional business roles.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex business data and convert insights into actionable recommendations.
• Experience managing strategic initiatives and leading projects across multiple stakeholders from planning through execution.
• Excellent problem-solving abilities with a structured approach to handling ambiguous business challenges.
• Strong commercial acumen with an understanding of business operations, customer experience, and growth strategies.
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, business reporting, and data analysis tools.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills with the ability to influence cross-functional teams.
