In this role, you will work closely with customers, product, implementation, and support teams to help organizations maximize the value of enterprise software platforms. You will assist with onboarding, user adoption, issue resolution, product guidance, and customer engagement while ensuring a seamless user experience. This opportunity provides hands-on exposure to enterprise SaaS products, digital transformation initiatives, and customer relationship management in a fast-paced and collaborative environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Support customer onboarding and implementation activities to ensure a smooth transition to the platform.
• Guide users on product features, best practices, and workflows to improve software adoption.
• Respond to customer queries and resolve issues by collaborating with technical and support teams.
• Monitor customer engagement and identify opportunities to improve product usage and satisfaction.
• Build strong relationships with customers through proactive communication and timely follow-ups.
• Document customer feedback, feature requests, and recurring issues to help improve the product experience.
• Coordinate with Product, Engineering, Sales, and Customer Success teams to address customer needs effectively.
• Maintain accurate customer records, support documentation, and activity updates using internal tools and CRM systems.
• Assist in creating user guides, knowledge base articles, and training materials.
• Stay updated on product enhancements and industry trends to provide informed customer guidance.
