Your Contribution

With the growth of our fine wine portfolio and early positive momentum in the Australian market we are introducing a new role into the team dedicated to servicing fine wine clients across Australia, based in either Sydney or Melbourne.

As Fine Wine Manager – Private Clients & Premium Accounts you will be responsible for

• leading the development of a high-value fine wine business by driving sales across existing and new premium on and off premise venues and accounts
• recruiting and managing high-net-worth (HNW) clients,
• supporting industry relationships with partners such as Sommeliers Australia, California Wine Institute, and 67 Pall Mall.
• Own & develop CRM platform to support conversion
• Plan & host private tastings, collector events and trade facing experience

This role sits at the intersection of private client advisory, luxury sales, and trade relationship management, with a focus on delivering both immediate revenue, long-term client value, and ambassadorship of the Californian and Oregon wine industry.

About you

To be successful in this role your experience will include

• 5+ years proven track record in fine wine sales, or luxury client facing roles 
• Strong knowledge of California wine region / industry 
• Strong CRM discipline and data-driven selling approach 
• Established relationships with leading sommeliers and venues 
• Commercial mindset with strong attention to detail 

WSET 3 or higher qualified, you’ll have a passion for fine wine and capable of building long term sustainable partnerships achieving results.

It goes without saying you’ll be a strong communicator, comfortable presenting to groups and able to pull together exciting events that drive sales.
