Financing & Risk Solutions Manager, AVP

  • You’ll support originators in building and maintaining the business with our target client base, and assist with client deep dives, navigating the sales coverage teams, and gathering feedback from internal client touch points
  • We’ll look to you to support the monitoring, reporting, and resource tracking of the Institutional Banking Lending portfolio, contributing to data analysis, early warning identification, and process improvement
  • This role is available at associate vice president level

What you’ll do

As a Financing & Risk Solutions Manager AVP, you will be supporting the effective management of transactions to make sure that all activities are in line with the bank’s policies covering conduct, operational, credit, and regulatory risks.

You’ll also:

  • Collect and analyse portfolio data to identify covenant breaches, performance deterioration, and early warning indicators for Subscription Lines (Investor backed Lending Facility) and NAV Lines (Asset Backed Lending Facility) relating to Private Equity Portfolios.
  • Support resource tracking across capital, leverage, TPA, and funding, ensuring visibility against budgeted levels and working with CMU to manage constraints.
  • Maintain the asset pipeline and collaborate with internal stakeholders to ensure accurate portfolio insights.
  • Assist in preparing reporting outputs for internal stakeholders and regulatory reviews, including trend analysis and sector-level insights.
  • Build relationships with our onshore team and stakeholders to ensure maximum integration of onshore and offshore teams

The skills you’ll need

We’re looking for someone who hold an MBA in Finance or a CA, CFA, FRM qualification. You’ll have working knowledge of financial databases like Bloomberg, Intex, Reuters, Factset and Dealogic, along with an excellent understanding of financial statements including profit and loss, balance sheet and cash flow..

Furthermore, we’re looking for:

  • Working knowledge of Excel and data tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau).

  • Experience of working in a daily cash management, fixed income, investment banking or credit research analytics function supporting a debt business
  • Basic understanding of portfolio concepts (e.g., exposure, returns, risk metrics).

  • Familiarity with fund structures and financing products
