Finance Specialist - Support

What this job involves:
Responsible for checking and approve or setup various data in financial platform in a timely and accurate manner while enforcing and complying with Jones Lang LaSalle’s procurement policies and procedures.
Responsibilities:
- Managing and updating user access to banking platforms (user entitlements, access profiles, signatory limits, etc.)
- Managing and updating Kyriba’s (Treasury Management System) core data (bank account, users, data permission schemes etc.)
- Monitoring bank Notional Pool & Sweeps
- Checking and Updating Cash Forecast & Reporting
- Conducting the assigned JLL SOX / operational controls in accordance with the internal documentation
- Solving reported issues and preparing specifications for functional changes within Kyriba and Zendesk (Ticketing System)
- Supporting Treasury projects and other ad-hoc duties in accordance with Treasury needs
- Creating weekly reports from Kyriba (Treasury Management System) and Zendesk (Ticketing System)
- Supporting the implementation of Treasury best practices
- Providing support to Treasury team members in other treasury activities (especially related to bank account and user management)
- Maintain high level of service and controls
- Works closely with Treasury Manager to meet daily needs.

Requirements:
· Bachelor’s degree in finance, accounting, or a related field.
- Familiar with SOX compliance, internal controls, and audit support activities.
- 2+ years of experience in treasury, cash management, banking operations, or financial controls
- Fluency in English (both written and spoken)
- Strong attention to detail and a proactive approach to risk and compliance.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Self-motivated, organized, and capable of working independently while escalating issues appropriately
- Strong multitasking abilities with a commitment to accuracy in a fast-paced environment.
- Willingness to coordinate across time zones.
