We are looking for a motivated Finance Intern to join Sensata’s team and support daily operations across Cash Collection and Cash Application processes. In this role, you will assist with maintaining accurate financial records, supporting customer account management, and contributing to reporting and reconciliation activities. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams, help resolve customer inquiries, and gain hands-on experience in international finance operations. This internship offers a strong foundation in core finance processes, along with the opportunity to develop analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills in a dynamic, multinational environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Support the Finance team in day-to-day operational activities across Cash Collection and Cash Application processes
• Assist in monitoring customer accounts and maintaining accurate financial records
• Contribute to the preparation of reports, reconciliations, and general documentation
• Help with handling customer-related inquiries and supporting issue resolution
• Participate in internal processes related to payments, billing adjustments, and account maintenance
• Provide administrative and reporting support to the team when needed
• Collaborate with different departments to support smooth financial operations

Who Would Be a Great Fit for Our Team

• 3rd or 4th year student or recent graduate in Finance, Accountancy, Economics, Business Administration or a similar specialty
• Good knowledge of MS Office products, especially experience working with Excel spreadsheets
• Excellent command of English
• Interest in client service and customer interaction
• Strong enthusiasm and eagerness to learn
• A passionate and collaborative team player
• Availability for a 6-month full-time internship

  Fixed Gross Annual Salary:

  7,442.00 EUR

  The salary range is published in line with the EU Pay Transparency Directive and relevant country legislation.

  Starting Salary

  The starting salary offered will be based on objective, gender-neutral criteria , (e.g internal equivalency, relevant skills, experience, qualifications etc.). Applicants will not be asked for salary history.
