Key Responsibility Areas:
Calendar
Manage and maintain calendars, including scheduling meetings and trips.
Collaboratively ensure that use of time is aligned with real-time priorities of the company with minimal friction.
Ensure team is always prepared (and never surprised by) meetings.
Anticipate needs, and issues before they arise.
Communication
Serve as a point of contact between the executive team and various internal and external stakeholders.
Manage and triage inbound communications.
Draft, proofread, and edit documents, reports, communications, and other materials.
Coordination
Track action items and follow-ups, ensuring nothing falls through the cracks.
Arrange trips, events, team meetings, and offsite activities as required.

Ideal Experience & Skillsets:
5+ years of work experience as an executive assistant.
Demonstrated organizational skills and attention to detail.
Highly structured and process-driven, with a speed and execution mindset.
Ability to manage competing priorities across internal teams and external stakeholders.
Excellent oral, written, and interpersonal communication skills.
Startup experience strongly preferred; comfort with ambiguity, and an ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
Proactive, self-directed, and solutions-oriented.
Tech-savvy: fluent in Microsoft Office, Google workspace, Slack, Asana, and similar tools; quick to learn new software.
High integrity, discretion, and professionalism in handling confidential and sensitive information.
Bachelor's degree or greater.

Salary range $115,000-$155,000
