About this Enterprise Wellbeing Strategist role at Intellect
The Enterprise Wellbeing Strategist is a cross-functional commercial role sitting at the intersection of GTM strategy, enterprise solutioning, strategic deal enablement, and project management.
The role will support strategic enterprise opportunities globally, with a major focus on APAC and ANZ, working closely with the respective Revenue Leaders in each region to strengthen deal strategy, develop differentiated client solutions, and drive complex opportunities forward.
This person will work across Revenue, Product, Operations, Clinical, Marketing and Leadership to turn complex client needs into compelling solutions, build scalable commercial frameworks, and drive high-priority initiatives from strategy through execution.
Key Responsibilities
1. GTM Strategy
- Co-develop go-to-market strategies with regional Revenue Leaders, translating strategy into clear rollout plans, playbooks, tools and training.
- Develop scalable pricing frameworks, market-specific messaging, commercial propositions and competitor positioning across priority markets.
- Identify opportunities to strengthen Intellect’s enterprise proposition based on market dynamics, client needs and competitive insights.
- Support the development and execution of consultative sales strategies to drive enterprise client acquisition and revenue growth.
- Build repeatable GTM frameworks that can be adapted across markets while accounting for regional differences.
2. Enterprise Solutioning & Strategic Deals
- Partner closely with Revenue Leaders and Sales teams globally, with particular focus on APAC and ANZ, on Intellect’s most strategic and complex enterprise opportunities.
- Engage directly with enterprise clients to understand their organisational challenges, objectives, workforce needs and wellbeing priorities.
- Translate client requirements into differentiated solutions by bringing together Intellect’s suite of wellbeing services, technology and clinical capabilities.
- Lead or support deal strategy across discovery, solution design, commercial structuring, proposals and presentations.
- Strengthen the overall deal narrative by clearly articulating the client problem, proposed solution, differentiation and measurable value.
- Lead selected strategic deal pursuits end-to-end and support high-priority enterprise implementations where strong cross-functional orchestration is required.
3. Deal Enablement & Commercial Infrastructure
- Build and continuously improve sales enablement assets including solution frameworks, pitch materials, talk tracks, ROI calculators, pricing tools and proposal templates.
- Lead strategic deal reviews with Revenue and Leadership to improve proposal quality, competitive positioning and win themes.
- Develop and maintain competitor and market intelligence that can be practically applied to active opportunities.
- Support complex RFPs, bids and commercial proposals, particularly where significant customisation or cross-functional coordination is required.
- Identify recurring themes across enterprise opportunities and convert them into scalable commercial propositions and playbooks.
- Improve the quality, consistency and efficiency of enterprise solutioning and deal execution across regions.
4. Strategic Project Management
- Lead selected cross-functional commercial and GTM initiatives from problem definition through execution and measurable outcome.
- Coordinate stakeholders across Revenue, Product, Operations, Clinical, Marketing and other teams to drive high-priority initiatives forward.
- Establish clear workplans, owners, milestones and decision points for complex projects.
- Proactively identify blockers, resolve dependencies and ensure initiatives maintain pace through execution.
- Support selected strategic enterprise implementations where complexity, commercial importance or cross-functional coordination requires additional ownership.
5. Continuous Improvement & Market Intelligence
- Stay informed on enterprise wellbeing, mental health, employee benefits, technology and broader industry trends to strengthen Intellect’s value proposition.
- Bring client and market insights back into Product, Operations and Clinical teams to help inform future propositions and capabilities.
- Identify and drive improvements across sales, solution development, pricing, client handovers and other commercial processes.
- Develop feedback loops between Revenue teams and the wider organisation so that learnings from enterprise deals translate into stronger products, processes and GTM approaches.

- Learnings from client conversations and strategic deals consistently improve Intellect’s broader enterprise GTM approach.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Psychology, HR or a related field; MBA or equivalent experience is a plus.
- 5+ years of experience across enterprise sales strategy, consulting, bid management, commercial strategy, solutions consulting or project management.

- Strong consultative and problem-solving skills, with the ability to diagnose client needs and translate them into compelling solutions.
- Strong commercial judgement and comfort working across pricing, ROI modelling, proposals and deal strategy.
- Exceptional project management and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to drive work across multiple functions without direct authority.
- Highly structured, analytical and execution-oriented, with the ability to move comfortably between strategic thinking and getting into the details.

- Comfortable operating in a fast-moving, evolving environment with ambiguity and competing priorities.
