Job Responsibilities

Business & Product Direction

  • Build a working understanding of Radar business objectives, customer value, product context, and technology direction relevant to the assigned scope.
  • Translate strategic priorities into clear product outcomes, initiatives, and engineering context.
  • Maintain visibility of roadmap assumptions, dependencies, and decision points.
  • Identify opportunities where Vietnam capabilities can contribute additional value to Radar business and product outcomes.

Backlog & Priority Leadership

  • Lead or facilitate prioritization for the formally assigned product scope.
  • Ensure epics, features, requirements, and acceptance expectations are sufficiently clear for engineering teams.
  • Balance business value, urgency, technical feasibility, quality, risk, and available capacity.
  • Make priority trade-offs within delegated authority and escalate decisions that exceed that authority.

Stakeholder Alignment

  • Build trusted working relationships with global Radar business/product stakeholders and Vietnam engineering teams.
  • Facilitate requirement clarification, planning, review, and priority discussions.
  • Expose conflicting expectations, unclear ownership, and cross-team dependencies early.
  • Communicate decisions and rationale so stakeholders and teams maintain a shared understanding.

Delivery & Value Governance

  • Maintain visibility of progress toward agreed product outcomes rather than focusing only on activity completion.
  • Participate in planning, reviews, demonstrations, and release-related discussions relevant to the assigned scope.
  • Monitor risks, dependencies, feedback, and changes that could affect value delivery.
  • Support evaluation of whether delivered outcomes meet stakeholder needs and intended use.

Capability & Community Building

  • Strengthen product thinking, customer orientation, and business context within Vietnam teams.
  • Share product ownership practices and mentor contributors who may take future product responsibilities.
  • Establish reusable ways of working for requirements, prioritization, stakeholder alignment, and value review.
  • Contribute to the strategic growth of Radar activities and leadership capability in Vietnam.
