Location: Noida

Employee Relations (ER) – Key Responsibilities
Act as the POC for investigating workplace concerns, employee grievances, conflicts, misconduct, and other employee relations matters across Pan India.
Manage the end-to-end grievance redressal process, ensuring timely acknowledgment, investigation, resolution, and closure of employee complaints.
Conduct fair, objective, and confidential investigations by gathering facts, interviewing relevant stakeholders, reviewing evidence, and documenting findings.
Ensure timely closure of investigations while maintaining accurate and comprehensive ER documentation and records across all relevant systems.
Collaborate with Operations, HR Business Partners, Legal, Compliance, and Business Leaders to ensure unbiased and compliant resolution of employee relations cases.
Interpret and apply labor laws, company policies, and internal guidelines while handling employee relations matters to ensure legal and organizational compliance.
Identify root causes of recurring employee issues and recommend preventive and corrective actions to improve workplace culture and employee experience.
Provide guidance and support to managers on employee relations issues, conflict resolution, disciplinary actions, and performance-related concerns.
Prepare investigation reports, case summaries, and dashboards for leadership reviews.
Partner with cross-functional stakeholders to implement corrective actions arising from investigations and monitor their effectiveness.

What You Will Need For This Role
Demonstrated knowledge of employment laws and regulations.
Proven record of strong problem-solving, conflict resolution, and mediation.
Excellent decision-making skills.
Strong understanding of handling confidential information with discretion.
Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
