Role Purpose:
Lead Service Excellence by driving operational efficiency, AI-led transformation, capability building, and technology adoption across the Paytm Soundbox service network.
Key Responsibilities:
* Drive Service & Process Excellence
* Lead AI adoption and Technology Excellence initiatives
* Build Training & Capability Development programs
* Improve Network Performance, TAT & Productivity
* Own Cross-functional Program Management
* Drive Employee Engagement, R&R, Gamification & Contests
* Lead Competency Mapping & Certification
* Build KPI dashboards and data-driven governance
Preferred Profile:
* 8–12 years of experience in Service Excellence, Operations, AI/Digital Transformation, Program Management, or Learning & Development
* Experience managing large field operations
* Strong leadership, stakeholder management, technology orientation, and analytical skills
