This role combines digital content creation and multimedia design, focusing on planning and managing social media content, developing compelling copy, and creating engaging visual assets for Facebook and other digital platforms. The successful candidate will ensure all content aligns with brand guidelines, campaign objectives, and audience insights while driving engagement and supporting business goals.

Content Planning & Writing

• Develop and manage the monthly/weekly content calendar for Facebook (and other channels as needed).
• Write copy for social posts, captions, and ad content that fits brand voice and campaign goals
• Plan content themes around promotions, product launches, and seasonal moments.
• Monitor content performance using Facebook Insights, Google Analytics and other relevant tools, and optimize content plans based on performance data and audience engagement.

Design & Multimedia

• Design graphics, short-form videos, and animated content for Facebook and other social channels
• Adapt designs across formats (feed posts, Stories/Reels, ads, thumbnails, email headers)
• Ensure brand consistency across all content and design deliverables
• Manage multiple content/design requests and deadlines simultaneously
• Organize and archive content and design files/assets for easy team access
• Perform additional tasks as assigned by the line manager.
