Project Role Description : Responsible for building and setting up new development tools and infrastructure utilizing knowledge in continuous integration, delivery, and deployment (CI/CD), Cloud technologies, Container Orchestration and Security. Build and test end-to-end CI/CD pipelines, ensuring that systems are safe against security threats.

Summary:
The focus of this role is development-oriented design, implementation, and maintenance of DevOps systems that support development parties and release pipelines for our projects. We are passionate about automating routines. Day-to-day, you will engage directly with internal customers, developers, and numerous other teams to better optimize their workflows through automation and well-designed systems. You will be involved in deploying and promoting new services for internal clients. Observability and logging are of the highest importance to us.

Roles & Responsibilities:
Develop, operate, and continuously improve our centralized Observability platform running on Kubernetes in AWS, supporting components such as Grafana, Loki, Mimir, Tempo, and Alertmanager. You will help to ensure reliable platform operations through automation, GitLab CI/CD, GitOps practices, self-service capabilities, troubleshooting, and on-call participation. The role also focuses on enabling teams across the company to adopt observability effectively by supporting their observability pipelines, promoting OpenTelemetry, defining standards and best practices, and contributing to internal community discussions.

- Experience with container tooling and orchestration -Kubernetes is a strong plus.
- Experience working with DevOps toolset (Hashicorp stack: Vault, Terraform)
Experience working with Monitoring toolset (Grafana, Prometheus, Alert Manager or similar)
Excellent knowledge of English, both spoken and written.

Additional Information:-
The candidate should have minimum 5 years of experience in Apache Kafka.
- This position is based at our Chennai office.
