About this Solution Advisory Analyst with English role at Accenture
Job location: București, Iași, Cluj, Timișoara, Brașov, Târgu-Mureș, remote, Monday to Friday, 08:00–17:00.
Role summary:
Support global sales teams by transforming market insights, research, and offering knowledge into persuasive sales messages, proposals, and go-to-market assets. You will contribute to opportunities across North America, Europe, and other global markets.
Your mission:
Analyze offering, market, and contract information to support sales planning and initial client conversations.
Develop compelling proposal responses using approved content, research, GenAI tools, and creative writing.
Support solution development by contributing to the approach, team structure, pricing narrative, and differentiators.
Create and maintain sales assets, including presentations, narratives, graphics, FAQs, credentials, and proposal content.
Partner with global sales teams and subject matter experts to respond to business needs and continuously improve sales materials.
Required Qualifications:
English – B2/C1 level.
Bachelor’s degree.
1-3 years of experience in proposals, marketing, sales, business development, or sales support within business services.
Experience creating business-to-business sales or marketing communications.
Advanced writing and editing skills in English.
Experience using Microsoft Word, PowerPoint, and Excel.
Experience using GenAI tools such as Microsoft Copilot, ChatGPT, or Claude.
Experience collaborating with sales teams, subject matter experts, and stakeholders across departments and organizational levels.
Preferred Qualifications:
Experience creating sales or marketing communications within professional services.
Experience developing proposal responses, presentation decks, charts, tables, and sales graphics.
Analytical, organizational, project management, and creative problem-solving skills.
Ability to work independently and manage changing priorities in a global team environment.
