Account specific roles and responsibilities:

• Process patient admission records in the system
• Review emails, reports and respond accordingly based on request (US Healthcare Insurance)

Requirements

• At least 6 months BPO experience in a US Healthcare Campaign
• Knowledge with US Healthcare Insurance
• Prior Authorization experience is a PLUS, not required
• Has an average typing speed of 50 WPM
• Good verbal written and English skills
• Willing to work onsite in Buendia, Makati
• Amenable working night shift
