As a CXM Campaign Manager, you are a key link between our clients, internal teams and partners. You independently manage campaigns throughout the full lifecycle, from requirements gathering and planning through development, testing, production and quality control.

You’ll own the cross-campaign agenda, providing strategic oversight and ensuring campaigns are delivered accurately, efficiently and to the highest quality standards. You’ll also anticipate challenges, identify risks and bottlenecks, and proactively guide teams towards effective solutions.

What you'll do

  • Manage CXM campaigns from brief and requirements gathering through to production and quality control.
  • Own the cross-campaign agenda, managing priorities, timelines, dependencies and deliverables.
  • Build strong relationships with clients and stakeholders, translating business objectives into actionable campaign strategies.
  • Coordinate internal teams and external partners to deliver high-quality campaign outcomes.
  • Communicate clearly and proactively with clients and stakeholders throughout the campaign lifecycle.
  • Identify opportunities to improve campaign processes, efficiency and performance through data, testing and optimization.
  • Apply quality assurance and change management best practices.
  • Share knowledge and best practices across the team and coach junior colleagues to support their development.

What you'll bring

  • 3+ years of relevant experience in campaign management, CXM, CRM, digital marketing or a related field.
  • Strong organizational skills and excellent attention to detail.
  • Experience working with a diverse stakeholder landscape.
  • The ability to manage multiple projects independently, pragmatically and under pressure.
  • A proactive, solution-oriented mindset with strong ownership.
  • Analytical skills and an interest in data-driven campaign optimization.
  • Strong communication skills in both Dutch and English, written and spoken.
  • An interest in campaign management platforms, data and digital messaging technologies.
  • A collaborative mindset and willingness to support and develop others.
