Position overview:

The Customer Experience Program Manager drives execution of strategic CX initiatives across Product, Support, Finance, and Operations. This role ensures customer experience improvements move from strategy to execution with measurable outcomes.

What You’ll Do:

• Lead cross-functional CX initiatives from concept to execution

• Build project plans, timelines, and governance structures

• Manage risks, dependencies, and stakeholder alignment

• Drive organizational readiness and change management

• Track benefits realization and business outcomes

• Support AI, automation, and self-service initiatives

What You Bring:

• 5+ years in program management, transformation, consulting, or CX operations

• Strong executive communication skills

• Experience managing enterprise transformation initiatives

• PMP/Agile certification preferred
