Summary:
As a Custom Software Engineering Lead, a typical day involves overseeing the technical vision and architectural framework of bespoke software projects. This role requires guiding teams through the entire lifecycle of design and implementation, ensuring that development practices meet high standards. The position demands a focus on delivering scalable and efficient solutions that align with organizational goals, while fostering collaboration and innovation within the team to drive successful project outcomes.

- Expected to perform independently and become an SME.
- Required active participation/contribution in team discussions.
- Contribute in providing solutions to work related problems.
- Lead efforts to continuously improve development processes and methodologies.
- Mentor and support junior team members to enhance their technical capabilities.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align software solutions with business needs.
- Drive innovation by evaluating and integrating new technologies and tools.

Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Salesforce Lightning Web Components.
- Strong knowledge of component-based architecture and reusable code development.
- Experience in designing scalable and maintainable software solutions.
- Ability to troubleshoot and optimize application performance.
- Familiarity with integration techniques and API development within Salesforce environments.
- Skilled in version control systems and collaborative development workflows.

Additional Information:
- The candidate should have minimum 3 years of experience in Salesforce Lightning Web Components.
- This position is based at our Pune office.
