Summary:
We are seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead and coordinate technology initiatives within a Risk Management environment. The role involves managing project delivery, collaborating with global stakeholders, driving requirements gathering, and ensuring successful execution of strategic risk technology programs. The ideal candidate should possess strong project management expertise, excellent stakeholder management skills, and an understanding of financial markets and risk management concepts.

Roles & Responsibilities:
Manage end-to-end project delivery within a Risk Technology environment.
Work closely with delivery leads, project managers, and cross-functional teams to ensure successful execution of projects.
Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather, analyze, and document requirements.
Track project progress, risks, issues, dependencies, and mitigation plans.
Facilitate communication between business and technology teams.
Ensure timely delivery of project milestones while maintaining quality standards.
Support Agile project delivery practices and governance processes.
Prepare project status reports and provide regular updates to stakeholders.
Drive coordination across geographically distributed teams.

Professional & Technical Skills:
5+ years of Project Management experience.
Strong knowledge of project lifecycle management methodologies.
Hands-on experience with Jira and Confluence.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Strong stakeholder management and coordination capabilities.
Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
Team-oriented mindset with strong collaboration skills.
Understanding of Agile methodologies.
Basic knowledge of SQL and programming concepts.
Familiarity with Risk Management concepts, preferably Market Risk.
Understanding of financial services and capital markets environments.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

Additional Information:
- Experience: 5–10 years
Qualification: B.E./B.Tech or equivalent Engineering degree
