Summary:
As a Custom Software Engineer, a typical day involves leading the design, development, and configuration of software applications. This role requires taking ownership of the project lifecycle, coordinating with various stakeholders, and ensuring that the application meets the desired requirements. The individual acts as the main liaison for the project, managing tasks from conceptualization through deployment while addressing challenges and facilitating smooth progress. Collaboration with team members and other departments is essential to align the application with business goals and deliver high-quality solutions efficiently.

Roles & Responsibilities:
- Expected to perform independently and become an SME.
- Required active participation/contribution in team discussions.
- Contribute in providing solutions to work related problems.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather and analyze requirements for application development.
- Ensure timely delivery of project milestones while maintaining high standards of quality.
- Assist junior team members by providing guidance and support to enhance their skills and productivity.
- Continuously evaluate and improve application performance and user experience.

Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Pega Platform.
- Strong knowledge of application design principles and software development lifecycle.
- Experience in configuring and customizing software applications to meet specific business needs.
- Ability to troubleshoot and resolve technical issues effectively.
- Familiarity with integration techniques and working with APIs within the Pega environment.
- Good communication skills to interact with stakeholders and team members.

Additional Information:
- The candidate should have minimum 3 years of experience in Pega Platform.
- This position is based at our Hyderabad office.
- A 15 years full time education is required.
