As a Custom Software Engineer, a typical day involves designing, developing, and configuring software systems tailored to meet specific project requirements or stages within the product lifecycle. The role requires applying a comprehensive understanding of various technologies, methodologies, and tools to effectively support clients and project teams. Daily activities include collaborating with stakeholders to ensure software solutions align with business needs, troubleshooting issues, and continuously improving system performance and functionality to deliver high-quality outcomes.

Roles & Responsibilities:
- Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.
- Responsible for team decisions.
- Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
- Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.
- Lead efforts to identify and implement process improvements that enhance team productivity and software quality.
- Mentor junior team members to foster skill development and knowledge sharing.
- Coordinate cross-functional communication to ensure alignment on project goals and deliverables.

Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Oracle Procedural Language Extensions to SQL (PLSQL).
- Good To Have Skills: Experience with Oracle Applications DBA.
- Strong expertise in writing efficient and optimized database queries and stored procedures.
- Ability to troubleshoot and resolve complex database and application issues.
- Experience in integrating PLSQL with various software components and external systems.
- Familiarity with database performance tuning and optimization techniques.

Additional Information:
- The candidate should have minimum 5 years of experience in Oracle Procedural Language Extensions to SQL (PLSQL).
- This position is based at our HDC3B - SEZ location.
- A 15 years full time education is required.
