As a Custom Software Engineer, your day involves creating tailored software solutions by designing, coding, and improving various components within systems or applications. You engage in collaborative environments that emphasize agile methodologies and modern frameworks to ensure the delivery of scalable and efficient software. Your work is focused on addressing unique business requirements through innovative and high-quality software development, contributing to the overall success of projects and organizational goals.

Roles & Responsibilities:
-Analyzing, troubleshooting, and optimizing the Quintiq environment to ensure smooth operations and meet business requirements.
-This includes monitoring performance, identifying potential issues, and collaborating with other teams to implement solutions.
- Willingness to learn, Positive attitude, Conflict resolution
work in shift rotation and handle on-call support
- Expected to perform independently and become an SME.
- Required active participation/contribution in team discussions.
- Contribute in providing solutions to work related problems.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand project requirements and translate them into effective software solutions.
- Maintain and enhance existing software components to improve performance and reliability.
- Document development processes and solutions to support knowledge sharing and future maintenance.
- Assist junior team members by providing guidance and support to foster their professional growth.

Professional & Technical Skills:
-Strong technical experience in understanding and troubleshooting in Quintiq services.
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Dassault Systemes 3DEXPERIENCE Platform DELMIA Quintiq.
- Strong programming skills in relevant languages and frameworks associated with the primary platform.
- Experience with software development lifecycle and agile methodologies.
- Ability to troubleshoot and resolve complex software issues efficiently.
- Familiarity with integration of custom solutions within larger enterprise systems.
- Good understanding of performance optimization and scalable software design.

Additional Information:
- The candidate should have minimum 3 years of experience in Dassault Systemes 3DEXPERIENCE Platform DELMIA Quintiq.
- This position is based at our Hyderabad office.
- A 15 years full time education is required.
