About this Custodian role at U-Haul

This position will be onsite in Phoenix, Arizona.
Essential Duties:
- Sweep, vacuum, and mop office space, hallways and stairwells.
- Empty waste cans and remove trash to outside designated trash bins. Ensure any hazardous waste is properly disposed of as instructed.
- Wipe and dust cubicle ledges and windowsills, clean doors inside and out.
- Clean, sanitize, and stock public restrooms.
- Clean floors, walls, door, and door tracks.
- Wipe down all signage, fire extinguishers, thermostats, dehumidifiers etc.
- Remove cobwebs throughout facility.
- Keep cleaning supplies inventory records and request or reorder supplies when necessary.
Position Details:
- Working hours will be Monday-Friday, 9:30am-6:00pm
