Job Description:

• Remotely control and monitor company sites through cloud-based software.
• Provide remote training and customer support.
• Troubleshoot operational and electronic problems within the charging system.
• Monitor and upgrade the company's system control methods.

Qualifications:

• Second / Third year student for Electronics/Electrical Engineering

• Previous experience in a monitoring and control/technical support role.
• Ability to withstand pressure.
• Customer-facing work capability.
• Data analysis skills and drawing conclusions.
• Relevant experience - an advantage.
• Willingness to work non-standard hours, including weekends.
• Ability and willingness to learn and develop.
