Job Description:

1. Job Summary : Consolidation freight officer is responsible for pricing, consolidation and communications with external airlines, service providers and internal functions to arrange air shipments; conduct trouble shooting, etc.

2. Job Duties :

a) Communicate/consolidate booking requests with airlines based on customers' requirements (SOP).
b) Check and comply with the regulations of airlines and destinations when arranging shipments.     
c) Leverage internal operations systems to complete customers' booking request with different functions.
d) Coordinate with the service providers such as trucking vendors, airport terminals, airline agents.    
e) Perform cargo tracking and deal with cargo damage, delay, missing and other service issue with airlines, service providers and internal operations.
f) Manage pricing and quote requests with airlines and internal functions.

3. Basic Conditions :

a) College graduated, major in International Trade is preferred.
b) Well inter-personal, coordination and communication skills.
c) Computer literacy in Microsoft and other related application.
d) Positive, aggressive and "can do" attitude.
e) Good communication skills with good speaking, writing, reading and listening in English.
f) With trading and forwarder knowledge with 3-5 years related experience is preferred.
