Job Description:
International Express Logistics Operations Support (On-site)
Position Summary
The On-site Logistics Operations Support Specialist will be stationed at the customer facility and serve as a key liaison between customer logistics operations and UPS operations. This position is responsible for shipment coordination, logistics support, customer service, service quality management, and operational support.

Key Responsibilities
• Monitor and manage daily UPS outbound shipment volume.
• Coordinate vehicle dispatch requests.
• Share logistics information with stakeholders.
• Manage document and small package shipments.
• Provide on-site logistics coordination and loading support.
• Respond to customer requests and maintain service quality.
Required Qualifications
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Basic computer skills and Microsoft Office proficiency.
• Ability to work on-site.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.
Preferred Qualifications
• Logistics or operations support experience.
• Availability for weekend/public holiday work.
• Responsible and proactive attitude.
Working Conditions
• Monday-Friday, 09:00-18:00
• Weekend and public holiday work as required
• Saturday/Public Holiday hours: 09:00-15:00

• Immediate availability preferred
Employment Type
One-year fixed-term contract commencing from the date of hire.
국제특송 물류 운영 지원 담당자
🔹 직무
On-site 직원은 고객사 현장에 상주하며 UPS 서비스 운영을 지원한다.고객사의 물류 운영과 UPS 운영 간 원할한 연계를 담당하고,출고,입고 관리,고객 요청사항 대응,서비스 품질 관리 및 현장 운영 지원 업무를 수행한다.

🔹 주요업무 (R&R)
- 일일 UPS 출고 물량 확인 및 관리
- 출고 요청 접수 및 차량 배차 요청 (1톤 / 2.5톤 / 5톤)
- 출고 및 물류 정보 유관 부서 공유
- 문서 및 소형 화물(Small Pack) 발송 관리
- 현장 상차 지원 및 물류 운영 보조
🔹 자격요건 (필수)
- 고졸 이상
- PC 사용 가능자 (기본 문서 작업)
- 현장 근무 가능자
🔹 우대사항
- 물류 / 배송 / 운영 지원 업무 경험자
- 주말·공휴일 근무 가능자
- 성실하고 책임감 있는 근무 태도 보유자
🔹 근무조건
- 근무형태: 주 5일 근무 (월~금)
- 근무시간: 09:00 ~ 18:00
- 주말·공휴일 근무: 운영에 필요할 경우 근무
- 토요일근무시간 :09:00 ~ 15:00
- 공휴일근무시간 :09:00 ~ 15:00
